Recent Ofsted reports have rated the Maharishi  Free School in Lancashire ‘Outstanding’ in 11 areas, and ‘Outstanding’ overall.

The Maharishi Free School has been encouraged by the DfE to set up more high performing schools around the country.

In 2013 there’s a new, state-funded, Maharishi Free School for 11-16 year olds proposed to open in Rendlesham.
