Victoria 2005

‘At the moment I’m doing Art Foundation at Winstanley (6th form) College after just finishing my A-Levels, with some very busy and hard work, but worth it.  Maharishi school has definitely been beneficial to my life, as it’s where I discovered my passion for art, in all forms.  Its also where I learnt how to make the best of everyone and every situation, I take that with me everywhere.’

Sarah  2004

‘Being at the Maharishi School was a nice way to grow up.   The students were friendly and the atmosphere relaxed - helping me achieve good grades at GCSE (7A*, 3A, 1B).  I’m now studying for a diploma in Foundation Art at Winstanley College after completing 3 A levels at grade A, with a view to taking a degree in theatre design at university.’

Virgil 2002

Virgil Scott is currently in his final year studying Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College, London.  In between studying he had work experience at TVR and Lotus Engineering.  Last year he was Vice President of the Imperial College Mountaineering Club.  Whilst raising money for the club and arranging climbing trips for its members, he also organised a

rock climbing expedition to a remote mountain range in the Andes.  He and four other Imperial students spent a month in Bolivia, climbing numerous mountain routes that had never been climbed before.  ‘The Maharishi School was an awesome experience,’ said Virgil.  ‘The teachers seemed more like friends than teachers, but they were also exceptional at teaching.’
