NB:
Years 10 and 11
Fees for pupils joining the School in years 10 or 11 are subject
to a 15% supplement. For example the yearly fees for one child
including the supplement would be £7,620 + 15% = £8,763.
Registration
Fee
£30 per family, payable when proceeding with the first
child’s application. This is a non-refundable administration
charge. If a family leaves the School, but returns later,
a further £30 is due.
Returnable Deposit
Refundable Deposits are payable at the time of admission:
£600 per lower school child, £900 per upper school
child, £300 on progressing from lower school to upper
school (subject to assisted-place decision - see section below).
Refundable Deposits can be paid in monthly instalments over
12 months and will be repaid when your child leaves the School,
less any outstanding fees or other sums due to the School.
Transcendental Meditation Course
Instruction of Transcendental Meditation is a requirement
to attend the Maharishi School. Course fees are determined
by the Maharishi Foundation and are available on request.
Payment Terms
All payments are due before the commencement of each term.
If paying monthly, payment should be made on the first day
of the month.
Assisted Places and School Fee Planning
A number of assisted places are available to help those unable
to afford the full fees. These places are means tested; more
information is available from the Bursar.
If you are intending to apply for an Assisted Place please
let us know before applying for a school place as there is
a cap on the number of Assisted Place Awards available. Assisted
places are only discussed once a school place has been offered
in principle.
