Travel Times

Maharishi Free School is located in a pleasant, semi-rural setting in Lathom, West Lancashire, just one mile from the picturesque village of Newburgh, a ten minute drive from the market town of Ormskirk and close to the northern boundary of Skelmersdale.

We are just 10 minutes from Junction 27 of the M6 and 5 minutes from Junction 4 of the M58.

The nearest railway station is Parbold; Burscough Bridge and Burscough Junction stations are also nearby. Each of these stations is serviced by Northern Rail.

Regular buses (nos 10, 307, 702) serve Ashurst, Skelmersdale (a short walk from the school).
